TumaFast ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our delivery services in Nairobi, Kenya.
2. Information We Collect
We collect your name, phone number, email, pickup and delivery locations, parcel details, and payment-on-delivery information. For riders, we collect identity and vehicle documents, and live location during active deliveries.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process bookings, assign riders, track deliveries, provide proof of delivery, handle cash on delivery, and respond to support requests.
4. Location Data
Riders share live GPS coordinates only while on active deliveries. Customers can view the live location of the rider assigned to their active order. Location sharing stops when a delivery is completed or the rider goes offline.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share details only with the assigned rider and authorized staff necessary to complete your delivery, and as required by Kenyan law.
6. Data Security
We apply role-based access controls so customers see only their own orders, riders see only their assigned jobs, and administrators manage operations. Sensitive documents are handled confidentially.
